Working as part of The GORSE Academies Trust, Boston Spa Academy is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly effective Site Manager to start as soon as possible.

The successful applicant will manage the academy site, the provision of maintenance and security services on school premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment. Manage a team of in-house site staff including the allocation and monitoring of work and performance appraisal as well as overseeing contractors on site.

Working hours may involve supporting events taking place outside of school hours which are held in the academy.

It is preferred that applicants hold a current, clean D1 driving licence and a valid MiDAS certificate but is not necessary in the first instance provided they are willing to train if required.
